Luxury automobiles aren’t the only engine-revving machines designed to turn heads. The yachting industry’s newest models are eclipsing their predecessors in both performance and style. Here are just a few of our favorites.

Sirena 88
Yacht owners increasingly want to travel farther and stay away longer. The Sirena 88 from Istanbul-based Sirena Yachts makes both of these things possible with its promising range of 2,100 nautical miles at 9 knots. Combine that with a cruising speed of 16 knots, a maximum speed of 25 knots and engineering by famed naval architect Germán Frers, and you get a go-anywhere cruiser. “The hull shape that was developed during the tank-testing program is unique in that it’s efficient and behaves well in a wide range of speeds,” Frers says. The icing on the cake: You can personalize the interior with luxury yacht designer Cor D. Rover, choosing custom furniture by Sirena’s own craftspeople as well as items from luxury brands such as Minotti and Hermès. Your main-deck master suite (with direct access to the owner’s private foredeck), two VIP staterooms and two additional guest cabins, and several alfresco dining and lounging areas are yours to arrange, too. “The yard offers the flexibility to turn any cabin into whatever the client dreams of, from a gym or a cinema to a karaoke room or a wellness spa,” Rover says. Sirena 88 is set to make its U.S. debut at the 2021 Miami International Boat Show. sirenayachts.com

Dynamiq GTM 90 Klassen Edition
Italian superyacht builder Dynamiq has partnered with Klassen, a German company that supplies global business and government heads with richly outfitted vans and limousines, for the sporty semi-custom Dynamiq GTM 90 Klassen Edition. Through Dynamiq’s online configurator (a first in yachting), you can “build” your own, complete with tailored automotive design cues from Klassen (think: rich wood paneling, elegant LED courtesy lights and accessories from brands like Bottega Veneta) before a single aluminum frame is welded. You can practically feel the breeze flow in through the sliding doors and fold-down balconies on the main deck. bedynamiq.com

Burger 50 Cruiser
Storied U.S. shipyard Burger Boat Company, which specializes in fully custom superyacht construction, has teamed up with Miami-based designer Luiz De Basto to offer the Burger 50 Cruiser, a luxurious superyacht in a scaled-down size. The aluminum yacht is already for sale and therefore available for you to add custom touches throughout (a feature that’s nearly unheard of for your typical 50-footer). Enjoy unobstructed views while relaxing in the saloon, which opens to the galley area, and a remarkably smooth ride thanks to its patented slide hull design developed by naval architect Vripack. burgerboat.com

Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63
What happens when an iconic Italian car brand partners with an Italian yacht builder? You get the limited-edition Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, a luxurious speedboat high on performance with numerous nods to Lamborghinis of the past and present. The Italian Sea Group, Tecnomar’s parent company, was initially inspired by the Sián FKP 37, a hybrid sports car featuring an unmistakable design and customizable color and details. The yacht’s profile is reminiscent of the Miura and Countach models from the 1960s and ’70s, while the hardtop calls to mind Lamborghini’s roadsters. Inside, you’ll find distinct Lamborghini design elements like clean lines and hexagon shapes with materials and colors to suit your tastes. tecnomar63.com

Princess X95
Offering an anything-but-traditional profile, the X95 is the first model in the new X Class series from British manufacturer Princess Yachts. Both the flybridge and main deck’s interior space cover nearly the full length of the yacht, creating the “super flybridge” (the X Class’ defining characteristic), promising 10 percent more alfresco space and 40 percent more interior space than traditional motor yachts in its size range. The design brief came to life through a collaboration between Princess’ longtime naval architecture studio Olesinski and Italian design studio Pininfarina. What’s more, the yacht should be 15 percent more efficient than its competitors. princessyachts.com

WB 14 Limo
Limo tenders are designed to look much like the famous water taxis in Venice, Italy, typically carrying up to 12 people. Italy-based Wooden Boats has built a number of these tenders for superyacht owners, but the WB 14 Limo holds strong appeal for those who want a sexy powerboat for daytrips with friends and family, too. You can choose luxurious leather upholstery and wooden flooring for the interior seating area, where skylights brighten the ambiance. Cockpit seating aft, meanwhile, lends a wind-in-your-hair experience. woodenboats.it
