Designer Gabriela Sanchez-Vegas was inspired by the modern, sleek styles of contemporary interior design in this sleek kitchen. Its minimal, practical scheme is stark yet manageable, with a crisp, clean look that is always appealing. With glass elements and striking Carrara marble, the arrangement is stern, yet functional for everyday life. She carries through a look of updated elegance and sophistication — from appliances to storage and everything in between.  Her choice of the most upscale products, including Gaggenau and Sub Zero appliances, establishes a touch of luxury, in accordance with the client’s wishes. The priority was to maintain a balance between creating a relaxing kitchen for the client to enjoy while providing the most luxurious, top-of-the-line products in a uniquely stylish environment.

Renowned designer, Katherine Kesler is Founder and President of the Interspace Design Group, a leading interior architectural designer.

This client for this particular project wanted to combine glamour with the exotic, and Kathy delivered on their expectations. Starting with a background of neutrals, design accents — like jewelry — were added to give each space a wow factor. Finishes included unique Keys Granite Antico marble, silver-coated Source One paper applied to the dining room ceiling and carved crystal Fine Arts Lamps chandeliers.

Conrad Bonet and his team successfully integrate international style with their own timeless design.  They specialize in both luxury residential and hospitality projects.

This master bedroom is part of a 3,000-sq.-ft. condominium unit at the Icon Brickell Building. Its owners requested an elegant and romantic space with a relaxing atmosphere.

The design implemented earth tones, comfortable furniture and textured fabrics to create just that. The integration of hanging crystal lamps on each side of the bed — plus indirect lighting effects and the high, upholstered headboard surrounded by a warm wood frame — added aesthetic appeal.
