DUNE at the new Auberge Beach Residences & Spa is the first East Coast restaurant from Auberge Resorts Collection. With a prime spot on Fort Lauderdale Beach, DUNE offers the chance to dine under the stars, indulge in a Napa-inspired wine list by the fire pit and watch the waves crash before you. While the locally caught roasted branzino and wild salmon are standouts, the restaurant also boasts a Josper charcoal oven, which gives meats a juicier, more distinctive flavor.
