MUST TRY: Moye — A Taste of Puglia

With locations in Florence and Milan, Moye has opened its first U.S. location in Miami and offers classic Italian fare from Puglia — a region in southern Italy known for its olive oil and wines, and the famous birthplace of burrata cheese.

The sleek, mostly white décor, open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows create a friendly and open atmosphere for guests to enjoy a menu of fresh Italian staples and a large selection of wines from Puglia.

Start with an unexpected favorite, zucchini flan, and move on to the simple yet delicious Chitarra Spaghetti, served al dente with pecorino cheese and black pepper. The branzino main course is laced with lemon and served with a plate full of Mediterranean vegetables. Finish with the Sporcamuss, puff pastry with Nutella and custard cream, or the lighter Granita Di Anguria made with watermelon, ginger, rum and pineapple.
