Anima Domus, one of South Florida’s hottest destinations for contemporary Italian furnishings, has just announced its new collaboration with the renowned high-end Italian firm of Driade. “We’re thrilled to present Driade’s unique creativity to our area’s design lovers,” says Marconi Naziazeni, president and owner of the Miami-based furnishings company. “With the arrival of Driade, Anima Domus adds yet another celebrated brand to our growing list of exclusive partnerships.”

Starring in the first Driade collection is the work of the internationally renowned young designer, Gordon Guillaumier. Guillaumier’s beautifully designed contemporary furniture pieces, such as the elegant Anapo dining table with its handsome tubular steel base, and the sophisticated lines of the Megara sofa, are currently on display at the company’s stunning showrooms.

The story of Driade, founded in Italy in 1968, goes hand in hand with many of the great names who have worked with the company and helped write important chapters in the history of design. The company has been associated with countless internationally renowned figures such as Philippe Starck, Tokujin Yoshioka, Ron Arad, Fabio Novembre, and Patricia Urquiola, to name a few. Owned since 2013 by the ItalianCreationGroup, Driade recently named Sir David Chipperfield, a top player in contemporary architecture, as the firm’s art director.

In addition to Driade, the Anima Domus showrooms offer a variety of designer collections featuring quality craftsmanship as well as luxury and forward-thinking design. Collections include exclusive brands such as Porada, Clei, Tom Dixon, Fiam, and Arflex.
