The South Beach Wine and Food Festival (SOBEWFF) celebrates its 15th anniversary Feb. 24-28. The festival’s new Taste Fort Lauderdale Series debuts this year. The series includes a selection of intimate dinner experiences taking place at various Fort Lauderdale restaurants, featuring culinary personalities. The series ends with a Bloody Mary Brunch hosted by the cast of Chopped at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale.

There are more than 80 events spanning the four-day festival, so make sure to look up the full schedule so you don’t miss any of your favorites.

Seaside Eats hosted by Robert Irvine

A kick-off for the inaugural Taste Fort Lauderdale Series, Seaside Eats will showcase the best of Fort Lauderdale.

Barilla’s Italian Bites on the Beach
February 25, 7 p.m.
Beachside at Delano
Hosted by Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis, who is joined by 30 of the nation’s greatest chefs, enjoy dishes from various regions in Italy on the beaches of Miami. complementary pours from Southern Wine & Spirits.

Amstel Light Burger Bash
February 26, 7:30 p.m.
Beachside at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach
Celebrating its 10th year is the Festival’s Burger Bash hosted by Rachael Ray. The iconic event offers guests 30 of the country’s top burger restaurants serving up their unique creations for votes. This year’s judges include David Burtka, Neil Patrick Harris and Natalie Morales.

Midnight Breakfast
February 26, 11:59 p.m.
National Hotel, 1677 Collins Ave.
End your day with breakfast hosted by Chrissy Teigen and Fireman Derek, a South Floridian known for his delicious pies. The event will feature breakfast creations from firefighters representing houses from all over Miami.

Meatopia
February 27, 7 p.m.
Beachside at Delano
This showcase screams all things meat. The second annual Meatopia brings together more than 25 of the country’s greatest chefs to cook over low and slow fires. King of Carnivores Michael Symon will host and guests will enjoy music by Gregg Allman.

LUCKY CHOPSTICKS: An Asian Night Market
February 28, 6 p.m.
Beachside at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach
Close the festival with late-night Asian bites from a wide collection of chefs. Host Andrew Zimmern joins guests as they dine on sushi, dumplings and dim sum.

Look out for: LA Sweetz
Letty Alvarez is the founder and pastry chef of LA Sweetz, Miami’s top rated cupcake bakery. The eatery competed on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars and Alvarez was personally selected by “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro to compete on his TLC show The Next Great Baker.
