The Shops of Midtown Miami is now the proud home of Apeiro Kitchen & Bar’s second location. Restaurateur Burt Rapoport and Chef David Blonsky debuted the sophisticated concept in Delray Beach earlier this year. Designed by Manhas Designs and built by Buildworks, the 6,000-square-foot space provides ample seating both indoors and out. Apeiro, Greek for infinite, is inspired by the regions that make up the Mediterranean, from Morocco and Italy to Greece and Spain. The vast menu ensures that diners visiting many times will never have the same experience twice. To start, try the signature Apeiro Spread of house-baked pita, served with hummus, eggplant caponata and pistachio yogurt. Exclusive to Miami is the selection of fresh crudo, including the Akushi Steak Tartare with bone marrow vinaigrette and Calabrian Chile and warm pita. Guests will find familiarity in the main plates as they enjoy Prime Rib Gyro, Roasted Lamb Chops or Black and White Linguine Provencal.
