Once you select an entrée — like the Roasted Maine Lobster with black truffle gnocchi and herb broth, or the Grilled Wagyu Beef Short Ribs with pickled Asian pear and parsnips — an expert sommelier will help you choose a wine pairing from among the 2,500 bottles housed in the wine vault. Our advice? Go for the three-course Tasting Menu with wine pairings. Your sommelier will present each wine selection and explain how it complements your dish.
