Plethore & Balthazar, known simply as P&B, brings French flair to the people of Miami Beach. The chic eatery prides itself on having something for everyone, be it a full sit-down dinner, afternoon tea or a cocktail hour (or two) with friends.

Restaurateur and owner Fabian Chalard imported the P&B concept from Lyon, France, and tapped award-winning designer Raymond Morel for his vision on ambiance. P&B exudes intimacy and sophistication with its design of fabric and leather walls, black and white houndstooth chairs and disruptive graffiti columns. On the menu, Chef Diego Amat Lopez features a selection of traditional French and Spanish cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and locally sourced vegetables.

Dine oceanfront on these tapas: Huevos Rotos “Casa Lucio” Revistados, Steamed Mussels a la Francaise, or Smoked Marlin Tacos. Make sure you complete your experience with Key Lime Pie. 101, Ocean, Drive, Miami Beach, 305.672.6624, pandbmiami.com
